After having talked to my Bank, I received a call from one of the managers. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I believe that its sign of proactive management to resolve customer issues promptly.
Please be careful giving the credit card information to this company. I have used their service only once and had a terrible experience. It took weeks to finalize one shipment. Left hand didn't know what the right was doing. They charged my cards at their whim on one pretext or other - 4 times after paying the quoted price. I had to call my bank to deactivate my card in their possession and to file a dispute for an out of blue charge of $67.02. Repeated emails did not 'entice' any response. I don't like giving negative reviews but here I have to, to help others not making the mistake that I made!

I just shipped my first international package to Europe and had a very positive experience with First Choice Shipping! It took me a very long time to get myself organized on the back-end but they diligently followed up (not in an annoying way), checking in periodically to see if I was stuck and needed help which I REALLY appreciated. They helped me get my VAT as well. Super knowledgeable team, and extremely responsive. The website is easy to use. I was shocked how quickly my shipment arrived, even with the whole customs process. Shipping with First Choice Shipping was the absolute easiest part about expanding my business to Europe.
