Fast and professional customer service with email updates once the shipment is in. Loading is always efficient and handled with care and they assist you to your car. From time to time you may see an oil spillage on your cartons. Transit time is long especially if you are in a hurry taking 2 to 3 months. Charges to send items overseas can be costly exceeding the item's value but there are some options if you can squeeze your items in a carton barrel, get a pallet or a whole container.

This is a fake and spam company. I called and inquired about my shipment. The Lady who answered the phone just said that they were not interested and cut the line. Very disgusting company.

I'm not a telemarketer and I'm not a business that does advertising. I made it very obvious that I was phoning about my company's cargo and that I was a client. You all need more training on how to conduct customer service, so shame on you if you responded to this and tried to hide your bad service.

Great service! I have been using Kronos shipping services for more than 10 yrs now, and always been satisfied. The last shipment I received, I had questions in regards to my invoice. I called the office and they took care of everything in professional and timely manner. I highly recommend Kronos Shipping!

Even though their prices are good and quickly picked up my stuff it did not turn out so well. The estimated time to get my shipment was 45 days to 2 months. Last I heard back fro them they said it will take an extra 2 months to get the shipment. Ii wish I was told from the start. The container has not even left the warehouse and I never got an answer back regarding my concern about the delay. Now I have to buy stuff all over again because of their negligence and they did not even offer a partial refund, they just ignored me. I don;t know if that's how they handle every transaction but my experience so far has been terrible.
