I had no problems with this company before their update. They had their update July 25th, 2022 and everything just got worse. Their communication just hit rock bottom. Bad enough they have a phone number that will just ring for 10 minutes and then hang up. But they do not respond to emails anymore. You need to change a small detail on your BOL? They will not respond to fix it for you. I had to email the trucking company myself. I am still waiting for them to book my shipment and I scheduled it at 6am. It's 9:41am and I am still waiting. Save yourself the time and patience. Find a different company.

This is one of the worst brokerage houses in the world. They have a horrible application on their website that is self contained for programming in their shipments. They are used by some very large companies who do not see the forest through the trees when it comes to how much this company profits off of them.

Not minding the above, trying to call them to speak to a person is beyond impossible. I have tried several direct lines, several 800 numbers and several local numbers. Either no one answers or someone pickups up, then hangs up the phone.

Hello everyone, Booked the load with TMC, got rate con started to move. 1 hour 30 min later we made 75 miles Broker Cancelled the load via email, it has been 3 days and still no TONU, despite the fact that I have been talking and emailing back and forth with broker, I did let him know that if I wont get resolution soon enough I will report it to Rate per mile master Group. we lost whole that day didnt get any reloads cause it was kinda late in the day. So everyone, beware of TMC they cancelling without TONU. i would not book with them again unless I get resolution. Thank you!

it was really tough to get attention it cost 6 times calling bouncing hanging up the phone
update: Mark Morris stated that Customer Cancelled the load, also Mark said that he will not give me a TONU because we did not arrived at the pick up we were still driving. we were on the way to the pickup we were running on time. Confirmed with shipper. then he laughed at me and hang up the phone. Bottom Line dont book loads with TMC.

Overall great company & the Valet guy named Will I believe did a superb job with my car, if I had a company I would hire the guy. The front desk associate also helped me well but overall it was a satisfying experience

Cannot get a hold of anyone. the phone just rings. Tried 5 different numbers. I have an urgent pick up and the message tells me to leave a message and they will call me back the next business day.
