I had a terrible experience with prinajservices, they failed to deliver my packages, they also completely stopped responding to me. It's been weeks, and I have received no updates or refunds. Their customer service is nonexistent. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to be robbed and ignored.

Ok so if I am being honest thr review is only off of my initial and 1st visit. I am a 1st timer here so my package shipped today and I'll be back to add an update once it arrives.

My initial visit even to the phone call they were so helpful and sweet. The visit was really nice too the young man help me sooo much, I came in with a Walmart box and a smaller one due to what I had to ship and he suggested that I ship on one box he stated he had boxes bigger ones of I needed it but let me tell you he got all of my stuff in that one box he fit it in perfectly I was shocked tbh he even went as far as tapping that box with his knee baby and pushing that stuff on in and tapped it with such professionalism it had me thinking like what the heck I've been doing with my packing my whole life. Lol... The pregnant momma behind the counter was a sweetie pie as well. She processed my paper work and she did it was such full belly. I am very pleased thus far and will ship from here going forward. 🙂🤗

The service is ridiculous. Last year, I came in and the customer representative was on the phone throughout our entire interaction. This year, I came in at 6:30PM hoping to ship to Nigeria after work. They refused me service claiming that they close at 6:00pm meanwhile their website said 7pm. I was Speaking to the attendant through a glass, he wouldn’t even come out to speak to us.

VERY UNRELIABLE. Sent some equipments through them to Nigeria since June. They kept it and charged us for storage this was after we followed up in September when we didn't see our stuff. Paid for the charges and our equipments still haven't left their office. It's one excuse or another. Customer service staff acting very distracted and doesn't even know how to get us information on our equipments.

It's a shipping agency as well as an agency for sending money to another country via Intermex, mainly to Nigeria. It's a very small office but the staff gets the job done fast once it's opened for the day. A downside was my experience of the office not opening on time for business and I had to wait for a while before it was opened to transact business.

i had a very smooth and reliable experience with prinaj. All my expensive goods arrived safely and timely. nothing was missing or damaged. i will go there all over and over again.

These people are bunch of thieves and scammers, i sent 4 boxes full of laptops and cameras worth over 4m naira. They stole most of the laptops(the rest were broken too and all the cameras then put a gym dumbbells in the boxes.
