They called me and thought I was some Mary chick. Then when I called back to let them know I wasn't, I was told that I needed to give this random dude my information. I said no and he tried to say that I was "lying" and that " there's going to be problems". Of course I immediately hung up. Rude and incredibly unprofessional. Sorry Mary lied about her phone number but that is in no way a way to talk to someone.

Driver was in downtown Muncie Indiana in a no semi zone. Tried to make a left turn and there is no way a semi fits downtown, hence the NO SEMI zone. Driver blocked the whole intersection and would not move, traffic could not move because of so many vehicles in such a tight space. Again, NO SEMI ZONE and the driver did not follow the traffic laws. When I called to report the driver, I was sent to voice-mail and have not heard back from them in over a week. Called back again, sent to voice-mail and still no call back.
Customer service or even civilian service is non existent, I would NOT recommend doing business with them ever if they treat people this way and employ dangerous drivers like this.
