Our experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a carrier, we’ve hauled six loads for them, and every single one has had significant issues. Each load resulted in at least 7 hours of detention time, yet the broker, specifically Katie Devine, has failed to resolve these matters appropriately.

The worst part is that they knowingly send carriers to shippers who take over 24 hours to load, yet they pressure and threaten carriers with 411 reporting if we refuse to pick up. This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for carriers’ time and resources.

Additionally, their excuse for not paying detention is that the shipper has incorrect times, which is entirely the broker's responsibility to verify and handle. Unfortunately, the broker failed to manage these issues, leaving us without compensation for lost time.

If you value your time and professionalism, I recommend avoiding this company. They do not respect carriers or handle their responsibilities properly.

These peoples will hound you for no reason, calling your cell phone hours before your appointment. Nick picky people. They’re already forcing you to accept tracking on an intrusive app, plus they have to bug the crap out of you

I started my business with just one truck in 2014. I booked my first load with Triple T Transport (Kyle Mckenzie and Levi). When booking my load I told Kyle about my situation and he told me he likes to keep things simple, just pickup the phone and call me if you run into any problems. These guys were very supportive. They got me on my feet. Now run 23 trucks. All thanks to Triple T team.

As a carrier and driver I must come back and call a spade a spade , I had an issue with triple T transport , and I must say that they have responded and rectified the issue ! Luke McCombs (the director of ops at triple T did a follow up to my negative review and corrected in a swift professional response and in the times in trucking I must say it was appreciated, the respect and professionalism was that of successfully business ! Thank you again Luke keep up the good work you represent a great old school company and it shows

The best brokers out here! When they say 100% Employee Owned, they make you feel as though you're part of the 100%!! I have worked with Triple T since 2016 they have always been professional from the moment they pick up the phone. Have always been great with Pay rates! Never had to pull teeth asking for detention with them sometimes paying before we ask. They have always been great with communication, going above and beyond to make sure our needs and requests are met and if they aren't able to meet them they are honest to let you know. Wherever there have been OSD, they have been on top of it to make sure you're back rolling as quickly as possible and they've always had our back!! I have worked mainly with team 31, you guys rock!! and keep up the great work everyone!! and great Kudos specifically to Tony Schmidt for always making sure our wheels are rolling out here! Taking the time to listen, and always wanting to know how we are faring out here and what you can do to help. You're the best!!
