I needed to transfer my car from Florida to the Netherlands due to military orders.
Steven told me that he was taking care of my case and that military members were family to him and so he promised me he would make sure everything goes well.
Well, let me tell you something, I was very skeptical after reading all of these reviews but Steven sounded so friendly on the phone that he completely fooled me.
The company came to pick up my car the next day and 8 weeks later I received it in the Netherlands.
Please note that my car was freshly painted and I got new rims before the transfer, all of this for nothing!!!
I received my car with dents, scratches, missing floor mats, missing caps.
I have so many scratches, you wouldn’t understand.
I’m so disappointed by Steven.
He stopped answering our emails claiming that it’s not his fault.
Please do not listen to his lies, he is the worst at his job.
DO NOT SHIP YOUR CAR WITH HIS COMPANY!

Flawless and Fast Car Import Service - GERMANY TO WEST COAST USA

We recently imported a 1993 Muggelo Red BMW 318I wagon from Germany to Long Beach, and OTH Logistics International, with Steve Kaplan at the helm, delivered a stellar experience. From organizing the pickup near Stuttgart to transporting the car safely to Bremerhaven and shipping it overseas on a RORO vessel, their attention to detail was impeccable. They worked seamlessly with Allways International to handle the paperwork, and OTH Logistics made sure the car arrived at our auto repair shop door without a hitch.

The fees were the best we found—transparent and lower than all other providers we considered. The service was efficient, without any wasted time or unnecessary costs. This was such a simple and flawless process that I would not hesitate to do it again, with OTH Logistics leading the way. Highly recommended for anyone looking to import or export a vehicle!

Last time doing business with OTH Logistics!

Two main issue after working with them twice:
1) Lack of Transparency/Professionalism (you literally have to beg/bother to obtain simple vehicle status information or shipping procedures)

2) Lack of Integrity (delivery timeline is misleading/bull shit as well as hidden fees)

To all the service members overseas or going overseas — just go with the VPC referred shipping company (although pricey initially, they will actually do their job very well from drop off to pick up)

I worked with Steven Kaplan to have my car shipped from South Carolina USA to Cabo San Lucas Mexico and I was pleased that my car was transported safely, on time and in accordance with the price quote I was given. Since my car needed to be moved across the entire US, over the border to Mexico and another 20 hours of travel down the entire Baja peninsula I was a bit nervous. Great experience, fantastic customer service. My rep was Steven who helped me ship my vehicle from Cancun, Mexico back to the US. Jumped through some hoops in Mexico but Steven was able to help me the whole way. Will definitely use this company again!

This is by far the most indifferent company that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If there were a negative number of stars that I could assign, the rating for OTH Logistics would be -5 stars. I had decided to give a smaller company the opportunity to handle the shipment of my cars from the US to Portugal. HUGE MISTAKE! Their expectation, it turned out, is that you hand over cars, keys, titles and registration and never ask a question or expect any updates for months. I only ever received “snarky” responses to my requests for updates from their Star Customer Service “professional” Steven. This fellow who acts like a petulant child has to be a reluctant relative employed by the company. Each time I needed to get him to provide an update I had to call Thomas who appears to be his boss. Even after the boss directed him to provide the Client with proper communication on how the process would work (like the company that shipped my container) he refused to do so, never happened! I went for a stretch of 35 days not knowing the status of my cars. When I thought they had long left the Port of Jacksonville where a Hurricane subsequently went by they were apparently still sitting there, not one word of update and when contacted this childish person would only deliver large helpings of indifference toward providing helpful updates. I’m writing this review to alert those who value communication as a necessary component for their shipping needs to know what to expect. OTH Logistics is truly a disgrace!
