Be careful that you are specific when using their services, otherwise they seem to upsell by default. I went in to use their printing service 2/26/25. I noted I wanted black and white but assumed it would be double sided or else that they would ask my preference. They sent my three documents straight to the printer without pause, printing ~20 pages single sided before I could realize and pause the job. This was massively wasteful of paper and double the price. I noted that this was not my expectation and the employee was dismissive. I was left feeling that this is an intentionally predatory business practice to increase transaction totals.

Love these guys. So efficient even if there’s a line you’re not waiting long, they don’t charge you for UPS or FedEx drop off. USPS is $1, even if paying with card (not normally the case, there’s normally a surcharge at other places). Guy is always helping someone. They service great dead-zone for USPS/UPS/Fedex.

I entrusted Sandbox Pack and Ship with a package containing valuable Leica binoculars on January 28, 2025, for FedEx shipping to B&H Photo. This has been a very frustrating experience. Upon arrival at B&H, the binoculars were missing. B&H's investigation confirmed the package wasn't tampered with in their facility, and they also confirmed with FedEx that the package's weight didn't change from when FedEx received it from Sandbox to when it arrived at B&H. This raises concerns about the package's handling prior to FedEx receiving it. The box was clearly labeled with the destination as B&H Photo.

The manager at Sandbox verbally committed to reviewing security camera footage to figure out what happened. That was the last I heard from them. Despite multiple phone calls, emails (including one on February 10th), and in-person visits over the past two weeks, they have completely ghosted me. No returned calls, no replies to emails, absolutely no updates. It's like my package just vanished, and Sandbox couldn't care less.

Their complete lack of communication and accountability is beyond unprofessional; it's just plain wrong. This isn't just a lost package; it's about their blatant disregard for customer service. If you are shipping valuable items via FedEx, I would recommend carefully considering your options. Because of their mishandling of this shipment, I am now dealing with the significant financial loss and inconvenience of replacing these very expensive binoculars. This kind of loss has a real impact. I'm giving them one star only because zero isn't an option.

Just walked here to ship a time-sensitive package and arrived to a group of 6 or so customers waiting outside looking at a hand-scrawled note taped to the door that said "OUT TO LUNCH, BACK IN 30MIN." Waited for a few minutes then walked home.

Question for the business owner, is that the actual policy? I really hope not.

Super rude young woman just helped me with my shipment. She was having a personal conversation during the checkout and acted like it was an inconvenience having customers in the store. I live around the corner but won’t ever be back.

Very reliable place for all your shipping needs. I used to drop off directly at USPS but my packages were stolen right from the bin, so it’s worth it to pay the $1 to drop off at Sandbox securely.

The workers are always polite and their new location is clean and organized.
