Little hard to find but very friendly and will help you with a great attitude to send your packages. And as far as all the interesting reviews on their deliveries I personally get packages once or twice a month and they always arrive when scheduled undamaged. Always great.

If you can avoid it do NOT use fedex, i ordered something from autozone that i needed the next day and it said i would receive it the next day (friday) guess what i didnt receive it friday and now fedex is saying i wont receive it till monday, how the does next day shipping turn in to 4 day shipping, fedex sucks if you can get around using them do it if youre a shareholder pull your shares this company is utter trash, one time the delivery driver put my package in my mail box which is a federal crime so:/

I have called the fedex customer service number 8 different times today trying to find out why our packages from ATT were being returned… each time I call it says “your call cannot be completed as dialed” they were supposed to be delivered yesterday. A note on the website with tracking number says a delivery attempt was made. I have not seen a fedex truck or had a knock on the door. So, another reason I cannot stand fedex when anything is being shipped to me. Never accurate.

If I could rate this zero stars I would, mainly because of driver’s error. Some creep sat on the side of my house waiting for my Verizon package while my kids & I waited ALL DAY in the living room for it. Instead of the driver, her name is Tiffany, coming to the door to authorize the package be given to the correct person, she gave it to the weird man sitting on the side of my house. This package from Verizon had 3 iPhones in it and she didn’t think with the package being from VERIZON that it should be delivered to the door. Then, after I load all 3 of my children into my car and track her down, she tells me there’s nothing she can do on HER OWN ERROR & to go to the shipment center where we still haven’t heard anything back on our case yet and can’t get anyone at the 1-800 line to actually tell us anything. I’ve always had issues with FedEx but since moving to Gadsden, if I can avoid dealing with FedEx and this driver EVER again, I will. Y’all don’t be ordering expensive things, your FedEx driver will screw you out of it.

It would be nice to speak to live a person at this location. Unfortunately every time I order, and it ships out of this location my packages get delivered to the WRONG address! I don’t understand why or how it’s so hard. I’ve filed multiple lost packages, and I never get no where with them!

Tried calling and online reporting a damaged package with 5 missing items kept saying call this number BC ur shipper/supplier isn't located in the us or Canada called the number then ai from the number said I had to file online for the claim and sent me a link via text the link said I had Said cant file here call that number again and it was an endless loop of back and forth. I can see why everyone I know hates when fedex delivers their package they say its always damaged or they've caught on camera the driver stealing their package. The Customer service sucks

This shipping center is the only one who can’t find my address all other packages from different FedEx places delivered my package but this one, I live on ingram dr since they couldn’t find it they took it to what looks to be a abandoned house on ingram st 40 minutes away the driver just left it because that he couldn’t find ingram dr so he decided to take it to a city that was not listed on address because it had ingram in the address.
