Didn't receive my package but it was marked delivered and signed for by LAFD. I have a ring camera and no delivery ever came after I have been waiting all day. Called and they are saying they will get back to me in 72 hours with what the company said. This is a scam delivery system and nothing is right about any of this! Shocked Zara is still using this company after so many people are not receiving packages. Will update if they fix or not. So disappointed ordering with Zara!

I will update this review if my package actually shows up. Tracking says it was delivered yesterday at 7pm. I was sitting on my front porch with a friend from 6 to 9 talking and nobody showed up. Everything is on camera. I am noticing that other reviews have the same issue with the same 7pm time of either “attempted delivery” or “delivered”. This shipping service has been very late at delivering before with inaccurate statuses and they never take photos. Additionally, this company shows Operating hours of 9 to 5, so explain to me how something was delivered at “7pm”.
I am so upset - This package was a large one, so I hope that I receive it. Zara is already aware of the issue and is investigating. They really need to stop using this service.

1/14/25 update: package never arrived. There were no photos which helped my case with Zara. It took Zara a few days to communicate via email and tell me that they were unable to reach the carrier themselves so they gave me the option to resend the items to the store for pickup or to refund me for all the lost items. I chose a refund since everything I ordered was out of stock.
I made a formal complaint to them twice about this carrier.

Terrible! I used this company to transport my car. He quoted me one price and then the day of tells me they can’t pick up my car unless I paid double what was quoted. I had no choice so I moved forward. They were a day late to pick up a day late to drop off. The driver tore off protective covering under my car and refused to accept responsibility for damages. I called and asked for them to repair the damage (146.00) and now they refuse to respond to me. Turns out this is a third party company and they make profit by scheduling other transport companies. I called the actual transport company Lopez Transportation and they also refuse to help me and ignore my messages. Terrible experience all around! Idk how these people stay in business with this type of customer service.

Zara package… It says, it was delivered to my home 7:00pm. At that time, I was right in the front door, talking to my neighbor. I have a Ring Cam, that can actually vouch for that. No package… No photo, but the map with the pin of where it was dropped off is not even in my neighborhood. It was even signed with initials that are not mine. Incredible..! No form of communication whatsoever…! And ZARA is closed by this time. Worst Customer service ever..!

I ordered from Zara, and last night I received the confirmation email that my package was delivered at 7pm and signed by LAFD, same time and signature as other reviews. I was at home all day and no one knocked on my door. I looked everywhere, and they never delivered.

I ordered two packages from Zara a few days later I received an email from sonic transportation and logistics saying that the items had been delivered. Nothing had been delivered so I called sonic transportation and logistics who told me to disregard that message because nothing had been delivered the next day I received one item of the two, so I called back and after much confusion and waiting on the phone, I was told that the delivery driver had the package but they were in an accident and the package was returned back to their distribution center and would be delivered the next day. The next day came nothing was delivered so I called sonic transportation and logistics and after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, I was told that they could not find my package and it had been lost. If you have anything important to send do not use this company they’re incompetent liars.

Another super disappointed ZARA customer. Got the alert that my order was delivered at 7pm today. I have been home all day. No attempt and no package. ZARA states I have to wait 72 hours before I can report the package missing.
Sonic’s tracking website doesn’t even have a picture confirmation of the delivery and the same initials appear on my tracking landing page.
If the “delivered” alert is a system glitch, looks like your software needs an update. ZARA, choose a better 3rd party delivery because I won’t be ordering from you until you do.
I guess I’ll wait and see if my package shows up… I will update my review if it does.

My package was never delivered. Nor was it ever signed by anyone I don’t know what those initials are all about in the picture. They snapped the picture of my package in day light but the delivery was supposedly done at 7 PM. Clearly this time of the year it is dark at 7 PM. I don’t know why this company is still in business. $400 worth of items gone and never delivered. What an awful shame their delivery people just take off with other people’s packages. Sonic transportation, you should really go out of business because of the crap your employees pull and get away with.
There was never a single person that came to my house the time that it was delivered as I have cameras all over the front of my home.
At Lease higher smart people these are just stupid thieves that you hire. Literally stupid.
