We had an urgent need for a customs broker in Miami that could help us with a special request. We ship out our pallets from overseas, but each box on the pallet goes to a different end customer location, and we needed a warehouse to help take the shrink wrap off before pickup got there. In other words, we have special needs for our company. From the first moment talking with Marcello it was an excellent experience. Carlos called us about the case within 24 business hrs. Additionally since we hadn't worked together before they needed an authorization letter to be signed for release. I got pulled away from my desk and Carlos called me again about an hr and a half later to maje sire he could have the pallet at his warehouse by end of day. That is the kind of service and care that is very rare these days. Fast forward 48 hrs and everything was done perfectly to what we needed.

We are currently exploring another clearance with Marcello and his team. Would highly recommend him.

This company is so irresponsible with customers packages. According to Google they move over 5 weeks ago that means mid July, and updated info by phone. They only informed me last week Aug 15th. that they had moved. Meanwhile I was using the old address which still appears everywhere on the internet. Unbelievable.
