The bridge collapse in Baltimore, MD. was a huge financial devastation for me, as we primarily haul containers via Port of Baltimore. One of the most disorganized companies I’ve unfortunately been acquainted with. They can’t even keep an accurate file on our company and keep contacting us to quote shipments that we’ve told them we never do. I’ve spent more time on the phone with various different reps from this company over the last week than I have with customers. One rep even called me 4 times back to back while I was on the other line with a customer. Absolute garbage customer service, avoid at all costs.
