Their driver of tr#20510 is without a doubt the most unprofessional individual! Did a u turn on private property. And then on private property parked his truck and trailer blocking driveway and sidewalk and a foot in the road so there's no way to for employees pullout into traffic safety. When he was informed of the situation he quickly dismissed it and said "give me a minute" Then proceeds to walk to the business across the street. Nice!

I had a delivery about a year ago with Tforce it was an awful experience with their driver, didn’t want to help unload and bring in my garage, delivered it and he was gone! He dropped the box hard on the ground and damaged it!!

Now looks like Tforce had changed their drivers and i had another experience with a different Tforce driver. His name was John and he was just the best. He cared about my order, he was extra careful, asked me where to bring it and even unpacked it!! John was so kind he even took the garbage and said will take care of it for me..

If delivering here for the first time go down north 60th street when you see the turn to the left ahead immediately look right for the hidden truck entrance very tight until you reach the docks in the front you'll see t force freight in the back you'll see the office Depot trailers

A rocking chair was shipped to me from California and arrived in Tampa facility on Sept. 10. After two days of tracking showing it would be delivered on the two days but wasn't, I called on Sept.13th. They said the shipper set up a delivery appt of 9-15 from noon to 5pm. (They also claim it weighs 484 lbs. A Quarter-ton rocking chair? no cannot be.) 9-15 5 pm rolls around, no delivery. Track it again, says by 7 pm. now 9:30 pm and no delivery. I call, Lester says sorry but it looks like there was NO DRIVER to deliver your shipment. THEY HAD 5 DAYS TO ARRANGE FOR A DRIVER BUT FAILED. I ask for his supervisor. MARK sounds like he's home having dinner with the whole family. "Your chair isn't on the truck yet." WHY DOES TRACKING SHOW IT'S ON THE WAY? Automated systems run amok with no human supervision. I missed a WHOLE DAY AND A HALF of work to be here when it arrived, and T-FORCE FAILED. I ask Mark if they would deliver tomorrow. NO, WE DON"T WORK WEEKENDS. Well apparently no drivers work on Fridays either. It seems to me this is some self-overrated mickey mouse operation. They should change their name to T-FARCE. And UPS is the one who contracts with them in Tampa to do their "LESS THAN FULL TRUCK" deliveries. UPS needs to renegotiate their relationship with this Mom & Pop company. I will advise shipper to get a refund due to vendor's failure to fulfill it's contractual obligation.

I have not had a good experience with T-Force yet. They have always been VERY late. They don't follow-up when they are running late.I think this is the 1st bad review I have ever left and hope it's the last. Terrible!

We own a business. We have been waiting for a shipment that literally is sitting at there location for over a week. We have contacted this freight company 4 times, we need this product desperately at this point for a customer of ours. It is amazing that a company claiming the same quality as UPS was to be holding shipments and not delivering. We have just been told for the upteenth time it is scheduled now for tomorrow. At this point we will be informing all of the vendors we use to avoid this option of delivery. Unbelievable.
-after owner response....what does another team handling have to do with it. this is a review for t force freight is it not? we have called, several times over last 6 days? we have done more than we should have to in order to get a delivery. we have been told by the t force rep that we reached there are lots of orders not being delivered due to lack of help. This is only going to get worse if you are just passing the baton of responsibility to someone else by giving me a 800 number? really? such a shame as we did not have this issue as UPS owned and operated.

Horrible service! Home Depot employs this company for same day delivery orders. Best of luck having it the same day, if at all. I won’t be ordering from Home Depot or any other company that employs this logistics company. Did not show up, no contact, no follow up, nothing.

We have been waiting on our shipment for over a week now that we desperately need. We thought it was UPS Freight delivering but the tracking number didn't work on their website. I had to do a bunch of digging just to finally come to this company which I learned after the fact had taken over UPS Freight. We missed the call for setting delivery initially but you would think they would leave a return number to get back to them. Tried calling back the local number on the phone and just got busy signal. Finally found a number and called and they said someone would call me back within the hour. Didn't happen. Called again the next day and was told the same thing, this time I asked if there was a number I could call directly if they didn't call me, guess what she put me right thru to the scheduler and I still have to wait two more business days to get it. It's been setting there for over a week now. This is unacceptable. FedEx isn't perfect but I have never in our 15 years of business had this problem.
Small companies lose business because of lousy and unprofessional service that companies like TForce.
