Great service and friendly staff great prices.

This company frequently messes up your bookings and then requires you to pay for their errors. They have no incentive to do things differently because they are one of only a couple shipping options to Sint Maarten. I will no longer be using them.
If I make a booking with a valid tracking number, and specify the shipping method, then that is the way my package should be shipped.

If there are barriers to accurately processing shipments (like being overwhelmed or busy - which is the excuse they have given me) that is something the company should be paying attention to and working to resolve, instead of simply shrugging their shoulders while charging you more money for incorrect shipping. It is lazy, dishonest, and opportunistic. They certainly aren’t suffering for taking more money from you, so why fix it. It benefits them to hire less workers and pass the cost for errors on to the customer.

I will no longer be using them. For the extra costs I have paid them for incorrectly handled bookings, I could bring four suitcases on an airplane. I won’t give my money to people that care so little about running an honest and fair business.

Over priced, understaffed, and horrible communication. Ship elsewhere, if not then your 3 lb package will be charged as an 11 lb package for $40 worth of shipping, on an item you paid $15 for.

Horrible shipping company. You feel like an outsider as soon as you pull up to the warehouse, and are treated like one for the duration of your business. Their prices are reflective of what they feel like charging you. For example, one one occasion I paid $300 to ship 900 lbs, and 3 months later I paid $400 to ship 700 lbs. When I questioned the representative, he said that is just how it is - I was also charged for "warehouse packaging" such as shrink wrapping which I did not request. Their insurance claims department and customer service reps are a joke. You are better off driving a bit north to Tropical Shipping.
