I had a very good experience here the other day when trying to rent an enclosed trailer to move some furniture. Turns out there is an issue with the connection between the lights and where it plugs into my car. They had good suggestions there how to fix the issue, which ended up not being a quick same day fix. They made the situation right and I left pleased with how I was treated and helped!

I had an appointment to have a hitch installed first thing in the morning when I arrived they had nobody to do it and didn't know anything about it. I would go elsewhere! Poor performance. Wilson's automotive in Foley ended up putting it on, great job!

Perfect location for me to pick up and take back to Foley Alabama. Very very nice people have always assisted at every turn both in person and on phone. The drop off was easier than I imagined early in the morning and did not need the App since employee was there early. Thx

Highly recommend! There was a minor issue with my hitch install but Mary and her staff went above and beyond to ensure it was handled properly. Excellent customer service, excellent staff, clean store, nice equipment. They made me feel like I mattered as a customer and not just another person walking in the door. Thank you Mary!

This place is extremely unprofessional. 11/7/23 I reserved a cargo van because I could not find a pick up to rent. My reservation was for 3 pm. I had furniture in Pensacola FL that needed to be picked up by 5 pm. I was late getting off work & as soon as I started the online check in process it said the pick up was 5:15 pm. Obviously it was given to someone else & my reservation ignored. I ended up calling the people having to break my word for picking up my furniture & having to reserve with another company. This really makes me not want to use Uhaul ever again. Thanks for the inconvenience you jerks! I will never reserve anything with you ever again!
