The service of this company was exceptional. My parents box got there just in time for their party. We had very clear communication and their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. I felt a heartwarming experience talking to their staff and the owner. I was able to ship a large box out to my family in the Dominican Republic very quickly. Everything arrived in perfect condition and before the expected delivery date. Granted the items arrive to DR safely. And the delivery drivers who pick up are friendly and nice. It's completely not on them...

However I am deducting stars because of the rude owner (female) who constantly changes prices . I have sent multiple boxes & rice bags with this company 3 times! ... This is my last and final time.

Not to mention i asked for my boxes to be picked up on Thursday, Thursday came around nothing, I called the office goes OO friday, the driver will pick up in his personal car, do you have someone that can help him?.... UMM no, that is why i am paying you (LOL)...

Finally on Tuesday they arrived.. It started at $70 per box, with rice bags ok that's perfectly fine. then about 3/5 months later $80 no rice bags. And then another few months later $90 with NO RICE BAGS like?... which one is it? ....

based on the $90 price, The driver asked me to call and ask if they can lower the price. He did me a favor and dialed on his personal phone, Her not knowing that he placed it on speaker for her to speak to me she goes "QUE PROBLEMA" like yes it is a problem when you're constantly making up prices and you've picked up at my location before.

She is very unpleasant and very rude. I advised her every month she is rising $20 She tells me "oh we don't pick up where you are located" which makes no sense, every little excuse in the world. But you did like 6 months ago ma'am so why the sudden change? You are making money because of customers like us who unfortunately cannot make our way to DR to send goods to our family members. She then goes ok so just do $85 ... lol ok so you admit that you're constantly changing prices for your money hungry convince... anyways NEVER!!!!! using this company again. Make sure you double check what you are being charged. Ya'll be safe.

Was a little worried about choosing FL Cargo Express because of some of the reviews. But from the first phone call to delivery my experience with them has been nothing but GREAT! When I called Jacey helped explains all the details and the prices. And she did it in English which made my life much easier! Our delivery arrived in DR about a month later. The boxes looked like they traveled across the ocean when they arrived 😂but everything was intact! We are super pleased! Would definitely use them again and have already suggested them to other friends!

We shipped 2 boxes. However they do have the option to buy barrels from them at a totally reasonable price and then ship those, which is a super great option!

I would have taken photos but we were too excited to open the boxes and get all our stuff out! I will say I did list all the items inside on the outside of the box. And we didn’t ship anything brand new or crazy expensive. I think a lot of the complaints have more to do with what happens during customs inspections. So be honest and you shouldn’t have any issues.

To everyone who maybe considering to send anything with this company they are not honest I sent 2 barrels with them to the Dominican Republic, I will start by letting you know that many items were misusing 1 casa luna king size bed set, 1 water hose, 4 dove deodorant, 4 suave hand washing soap 3 clear shower curtains also 3 curtain rings 2 shower nonslip rugs 6 pack of dish sponge 2 bathroom toilet paper holder after 2 weeks of calling them and asking for answers they sent someone to my house in the Dominican Republic to see that they left the safety red tag unsecured number of videos that I sent to them they offered me $165 dollars I kindly declined there over $700 dollars worth of missing items owner tells me he can’t not paid because he don’t trust me and the maybe I forgot to place this item in the barrel and if he was to pay me for my items will be admitted that they stole my items I don’t think after paying them $330 to send my items they had the right to take my hard earned money I have to be so disappointed with my own race that they don’t respect people property please be aware of this company and do your research on them I was told I was the only person that it happened and after reading reviews I confirm that was not true they are many reviews on here similar cases all I ask was for my items to be returned and he said that was never going to happen
