I ordered a dirtbike for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived with the front end crack in half. It was raining so hard the day it arrived and the driver would not drive down my driveway so he had to put it in the back of my truck. It was not strapped to the pallet and a box was just placed on top of it for protection from the rain . After tipping the guy 20$ I drove up my 1/2 mile driveway and inspected it. Took pictures and sent it to the power motor sports customer service and they will not send me a new dirt bike . Says it was intact when it left them. Blaming the trucking company.

The quote they give you is to your driveway. The driver put my package down on my driveway & wanted to leave it there in the rain. I asked him to bring it just inside my door so its out of the rain. I rolled his eyes & did so, then asked me to sign that he delivered the package. I later got an additional bill for $105.00 for an "inside delivery charge". 50% more than the original quote. When I spoke with a customer service rep she said there was nothing I can do about the extra charge since I signed that it was delivered inside. He never mentioned an additional charge for bringing it 2ft inside my front door. Since the package wasn't very big I would've brought it inside myself if I knew they would charge me. Watch out for all the extra charges!

I wanted to share that I had a great experience with R&L Carriers. My package was late, but they had great communication the whole way and my shipment still arrived within a few days after it was supposed to. The delivery driver Jason was friendly and professional. Thanks

We were supposed to receive a shipment from Pensacola TODAY, and they say that it's on Transit since yesterday. I'm not getting my pallets until MONDAY and their answer is that IT IS NO GUARANTEE ! DAY TRNASIT
