I went here to get fingerprinted and my appointment was at 4:20 and I ran into a little traffic so I arrived at 4:25 when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Joanne who did not look so happy. I told her I was there to get my fingerprints. She asked me my name and, she did not look like she wanted to assist me. The entire experience was awkward as she began to process my fingerprints, she was squeezing my hand very tightly. I had to ask her if she could please let up because she was hurting me. She eased up a little bit and continue to do my fingerprints but then went right back to squeezing my fingers aggressively I had to ask her again to please stop squeezing my hand. She told me this is the way it’s supposed to be done. I advised her that I’ve had fingerprints done several times and that aggressive pressure was not necessary. I then asked her why was she being so rude to me she replied because I was late for my appointment. I told her I was five minutes late due to traffic so that gives you the right to be rude and squeeze my fingers. She then proceeded to tell me she was not going to finish processing my fingerprints, and that she was done when I asked for the manager, she sarcastically responded with a smile on her face that she was the manager when I asked about the owner, she she told me his name was Emmanuel and she had no contact information because he lives across seas.

After reading other reviews, I see poor customer service is something this place gives out a lot. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go to. Joanne definitely is not warming or friendly and shouldn't be working with customers.

Worst customer service ever. Joanna I believe is her name was extremely rude and certainly acted as she did not want to help anyone. While I was there she came up with every excuse in the book to not send my package. I also personally saw her do this to 2 other customers. When I asked her to try to see if my package could be sent with a different carrier like usps she did with
an attitude and gave me what it seemed like the most expensive option. I was able to send my package at another store for 57$ with usps. When I was at the this store she quote around 150$ when I asked her to please see if usps could send my package. Save yourself the time and hassle and don’t go to this store. This lady is not worth the headache.

Worse attitude by employee or owner. I went there to return a package as instructed by the sender and I was greeted with a nasty look before I said good morning. I'll never put a step in that place again. What an awful wake-up call so early on a Monday morning. Please, this person is harming the business. Avoid this establishment.

Horrible customer service. Was in the store last week. She was on the phone taking care of admin and wouldn't place the other person on hold so she could help customers in the store. She was also unable to locate certain information and just said - oh well, my brain isn't working and said that she wouldn't be able to find that information. Wouldn't contact a supervisor or owner.

This place is a joke. I have never seen a shipping company close for lunch. The Amazon truck was out front waiting for them to return from lunch. Do they realize people have to use THEIR lunch to use their business. The lady behind the counter is rude and just because you tell a customer to "Have a nice day" does not erase the rudeness.
If you want to buy boxes that's all they are good for.
