Good service if you picking up from Americold you need to check in here drop trailer they will call u when ready Appointment 4pm check in 1pm done 3.30pm restroom and bobtail parking available 👍🏻

It was nice. They have a new setup for the truck drivers. Got a vacuum tube that you put your paperwork in. Don't have to climb those stairs and breath that dust anymore. Or have to deal with people.

DO NOT BE IN A HURRY when you come here or you will be greatly disappointed. On the bright side if you come in tired once you drop your trailer in their staging yard and you go park in the bobtail parking area you will get ALL the sleep you can handle (I've spent 10 to 15 hours there) and when you wake up and you wanna go get something to eat they'll let you bobtail out.

Once they call you to let you know that your load is ready to be picked up well that can be the most trying part because on many, many, times the weight will be off (fortunately they have a scale on sight) and if you're not over gross, they won't cut product instead they re-arrange and that takes a lot of time.

I can't give 0 stars so 1 will do. If they are not short on some product then they are short loads if not short on trailers. It's always something and CRYSTAL/LONNIE at night in the office are very inconsiderate and rude. 2nd worst Tyson I have been to so far. I was there for 31hours waiting on a load. It's not like they pay detention or the loads pay any good either 😠 SCALE ON SITE DOES NOT GET MAINTAINED PROPERLY
