I normally have my own transportation but recently had to rely on STS for transportation. I like all the drivers, there's no issues with any workers whatsoever. However, everything else with this system is an issue. From the days and times of availability to stops and times in between the stops. This bus can not be relied upon for anything at all. It doesn't run in the evenings or at night or on the weekends, which instantly eliminates any possible jobs if you need to get there by bus or in case of emergency unexpected hospital visits and ESPECIALLY ON HOLIDAYS. THIS BUS DOES NOT RUN ON HOLIDAYS. THIS IS SO DEFEATING THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. ANOTHER MAJOR ISSUE IS HOW EASILY THEY CALL SERVICE OFF FOR A DAY WITH BAD WEATHER WHICH THEY CONSIDER ANY BIT OF BAD WEATHER AN EXCUSE TO NOT RUN. PEOPLE STILL NEED TO GET TO WORK ON DAYS IT SNOWS.

Could not find out where and when shuttle picked passengers up for transportation. Should have had maps and schedules. Very disapointed with trolley.

I had my first experience with riding an actual STS bus today. What a pleasant surprise it was. To start with the staff at the bus station were very nice and knowledgeable. The bus was extremely clean and comfortable. The driver couldn't have been more friendly.

Only good thing is that the drivers are friendly and buses are clean. The people that work the main counter seem to know nothing about anything that may have to ask them. You can't even get change for a bus fare or buy a bus ticket from the main desk which I find unreal. The public wifi that is there hasn't worked in months. You would think after a 10+ million dollar renovation they would have stuff like that available to the public.

Clean great staff except if you've got 2 broken legs and your trying to get picked up at front door during snow storm, then parking lot attendant is wanting to call police on driver picking you up after a 24 hour bus ride. I guess if you are disabled like me I should have hobbled my way thru the 6 " of snow to the street with cane in hand.
