We've been with ShippingTree for a few months now after trying two other 3PL's over the course of 2 years. I have been extremely happy with them! We've run into some small software issues that they jumped on immediately to fix which is great and they genuinely care about ensuring you're happy. This is the complete opposite to what I was experiencing with the other two companies I worked with and just assumed since my company is small that I wouldn't get good service, but ShippingTree has proven me wrong. I highly recommend them, they're great! And no, I wasn't paid or anything for this review, just trying to pass on the good word.
