They’ve been shipping our items for a few years now. They’d never done children’s clothing at first so it was tricky to navigate all the SKUs. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Ship Central has been the worst warehouse I have worked with. They lost my inventory twice, shipped the wrong products multiple times, shipped cartons as individual cartons instead of on pallets as requested, accepted inventory that wasn't addressed to them, took days to answer email, slow to resolve issues, and were dishonest about charges. I spent so much time and money trying to correct their errors. If you are looking for a quality warehouse, look elsewhere.

This is why Shipcentral is probably the best fulfilment company: Whenever I call Support, the phone is answered in literally under 5 seconds, by someone super smart & happy to help right away. I doubt there is any other company that can boast such a high standard of customer support, and they deserve full credit for prioritizing this. In my experience, most fulfilment companies usually don't even answer the phone, even the famous ones. Try it for yourself if you don't believe me.

Their accuracy, speed and pricing is so far faultless, but it is the quality of their customer service that sets Shipcentral way above all competition.
