Not a good option for Small Brokers. We asked to do a trial for 6 months back in march which they agreed to but really just set it up to bill every 6 months. We experienced glitches/bugs every time we used it. In our initial meetings we were told it could do things that we found out it could not. After months of using it and problems still continuing, I let David, the Sales Director know in July we did not want to continue after the 6 months was over. He said my next billing was in August. So we had a phone call where I expressed my concerns for continuing and brought up the things he himself told me it could do during the initial calls with me and my team that it could not do. He then said he would look into the issues to see what could be done because it didn't make sense for either company to continue the relationship if it wasn't going to work for us and that he would get back to me. We never logged in again and I received no invoice in August. He also never called back and since I was not billed I assumed he cancelled our service per my request. Then in OCTOBER I get an invoice for the remaining 6 months of the year contract. So I e-mailed David. His response was "As discussed on July 27th the payment terms were to have payment every 6 months and the agreement term is one year from the signing date. I have however put a disconnect notice for you so that it does not renew in March 2024." So not only did they lie to me about letting us try it for 6 months to see if good fit, tell me it could do things it couldn't to get me to sign up. But then told me I had to continue for a year and never addressed the issues we had with the software not working. This non-value added software cost to me small company was a huge blow to our small bottom line. We reached out to this company in a effort to help us grow. All it did was cost us nearly $10,000 and we got NO value from it and his last response to me was so heartless and cold considering he said he would look into the problems and get back to me and basically said, "to bad, you signed a year contract and we don't care if the software doesn't do what we said it would do and I am not a man of my word."

FreightPOP sucks, they have this habit of putting in FAKE pick up requests for ABF Freight. I have been here at least 20 times within the last year to make “A Pick Up” & they have Never Ever had anything for me to pick up, they’re just a Waste of Time. In other words, they are Always FAKE PICK UP REQUESTS.
