Wow, A and her crew were great! I called about something only adjacent to shipping (where to buy dry ice), and suddenly four different people were efficiently trying to help me. I was so impressed that I shipped a package there the same day, and I can say with confidence that they are also very knowledgeable about packaging and shipments! The search for dry ice continues, but I am looking forward to working with them again 🙂

I can't say enough good about this business and the people that work here. I have been using them for some time now but today they went above and beyond. I came in with a pretty big box to ship, the initial quote was outrageous but they came up with a plan and helped me save over 300 dollars. Most folks would have said sorry and either let me walk out or forced me to pay the original quote. They worked on it for over an hour for me and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Thank you Dorian, Alyssa, and Ashley! You guys rock! Customer service at its finest!

Do not go here unless you wanted to be scammed out of your money. Went to send two art prints weighing less than a pound and barely worth anything and they tried to tell me it would be over 100$ just to ground ship it. Ludicrous. Told me that "there's no way that's possible" when I said I'd sent things before that are worth more than this for under 30$ not even a month before. Went to fed ex and got sent it in three days time for 22$. Would leave one star but at least they had the courtesy to cancel the order the minute they realized I wasn't a complete idiot. Sad because I used them a lot in the past, not sure if they just had people who'd never worked there a day before or decided tripling the price for a simple package to Canada was normal. Very unhappy. 🙁

The people where extremely nice & down to earth,&especially the one girl{please4give me cuz i didnt get her name}with the problem i had with my grandma's mailbox being located on Peachtree,&her address is on Crown,for recieveing my son's VERY LATE{which had nothing to do with yall}Birthday present(2in1laptop computer)!!"I Dont knw if u will read this,but just want to say-THANK YOU BUNCHES!!!!"P.S.They need more people like you in this world willing to actually do their jobs and helo customers!!Cant stand when i feel like a hassel and all i need is HELP!!!SO,THANKS AGAIN & BLESS U!!!
