Very good option for having small imports— haven’t tried anything large through this port but very friendly and helpful staff. Only things I can suggest are:

- Ask for your package sizes before you go to be sure you have a large enough vehicle

- Ask for clear instructions on where to go to pick up paperwork to be able to pick up your package

Terrible company that drops packages off in the road and then tells you to call the Seller on Amazon. Reccomend not using them at all

Delivered my item two days early. Driver called me 90 minutes before delivery. Couldn't be happier with the driver and the office staff. Great customer service.

So far this isn't going well;
0/2 (I can't call them delivery attempts since they never loaded my delivery on a truck) and 8 wasted hours.
I received a call Friday to schedule a Saturday delivery between 10-2 "and make sure someone is there to sign for it". Around 1:30 Saturday they called to say they forgot to load my delivery on the truck.

I called Monday and spoke to two ladies in the office. One said she would call back and didn't. The other was helpful and I was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 12-4. "Make sure someone is there to sign for the delivery."

At 4 I called them to see if there was an issue with my delivery. I was told "it must be going tomorrow since it's still sitting on the dock".

So at this point I am out 8 hours, 4 of which I could have been at work instead of wasting vacation time. The fact that I never received a call on the second delivery is frustrating. And now I am yet to receive my delivery and have little hope that it will even show up.

Delivery person called 7 days before the emailed delivery date to deliver that day. I told her I could get the delivery the next day.She called 15 mins. before delivery . She then said she could not drive up my street in the18 wheeler.I said I could meet her at the intersection. She apparently drove off ,did not return my call.I called the office they apologized. I still have not received the delivery which was a hood for an oven.I told her my call log did not show her call .She then became rude.I received a mattress from XPO Logistics a month ago and the delivery was outstanding . Polite ,timely, no problems better than I expected.

Poor customer service. Took off work for a delivery and it doesn’t come. Got called late in the morning of the scheduled delivery to be informed that they have the item to bring me. I said ok, let’s schedule for the next day. Guy said “ok, no problem”. Two hours later I run the tracer and noticed my deliver is schedule for Friday instead the next day. I called and the lady was not helpful. Said Thursday is full and it would have to be Friday. How could things change in just a few hours Poor customer service!

Terrible service. They left my expensive equipment to the wrong business address with a person there assuring they had no deliveries expected. The driver just left my stuff at the wrong business, with the wrong Business name, suite # and wrong person to accept delivery. The driver said she must have forgotten. No apologies, no rush to make it right either. I do not recommend this service
