We recently hired Oz Moving to help with our move, and they did a fantastic job! The team was efficient, careful with our furniture, and got everything done smoothly. The price was also quite reasonable compared to other moving companies I’ve used in recent years.

The coordinator we worked with before the move was responsive and made the planning easy. We also used Oz’s contractor service to disassemble, reassemble, and hang some furniture in the new apartment. The team was thorough and made sure everything was securely in place, especially with heavier items.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend them!

Having had to move bath and forth between NYC and LA for work, I have moved twelve times in the last twenty years. This was the most professional (and, I must admit, the most fun) moving experience I have ever had.

Pablo and his crew -- Felix, Navidad and Pedro were absolutely fantastic. And Juan, the carpenter they hired to mount our televisions and hang a mirror did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier.

They were quick, efficient, friendly and so wonderfully accommodating. I will be singing their praises to anyone who asks for a moving company recommendation.

Sadly, Oz broke numerous items including an expensive treadmill while moving our items. While I understand the coverage offered is minimal without purchasing insurance, the complete disregard for your items despite asking them to be careful with the heavy fragile items leads to well more damage than its worth. You'd think you'd be responsible for the poor packaging and expect them to do well moving items, but nope - they instead break items and have a philosophy of too bad you should have bought insurance if you were concerned. Be very careful when items are moved and consider buying insurance because they dont care if your items are broken. Yes, they offered 60 cents on the pound for the damage, but between the move and the cost of repairs, I'm losing an additional $1500.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had moving in New York City. The crew was completely careless - broke multiple items, including a peloton treadmill. And now refuses to pay to fix the treadmill. I would not recommend ever using Oz moving.

2nd time I used them. 100% professional and efficient . They handled everything with care and really paid attention to Disassemble and reassemble the furniture with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used OZ many times. Most recently I used them to disassemble a wall unit and murphy bed, move it to my apartment and reassemble it. Many, OZ's carpenter did an amazing job. it was not easy. Very meticulous. The moving crew was very conscious of my new apartment and paid particular attention to not damage anything. highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish with Oz! Luna was incredibly helpful not only with setting up a quote and the move itself, but with providing advice on how to pack delicate items, best practices for moving, and general tips. She really went above and beyond, and so did the moving team. Frank arrived early and was so friendly, professional, swift and efficient. He and his partner were excellent. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have, and for that I am super grateful! I would recommend Oz Moving to anyone looking to move out of state (or within NYC). Thanks to the Oz team for making my move during a pandemic way less stressful 🙂

Oz movers helped us pack and move twice in the last three years, and kept things in storage for us in between moves. They were on time, polite, very careful (no broken glassware), worked quickly, and stayed on budget.

We have done five moves with them in the last 20 years and they have always been great. I can highly recommend them.
