Good afternoon,

I am a long time Liberty Express customer, who regularly sends multiple boxes to my family in Venezuela. The company has definitely provided me with exceptional service before and my packages arrive safely so i am grateful. Unfortunately, though, the customer service recently provided by Katherine was abusive and negligent for all involved.

I always send boxes to the same destination of the same weight that is specified by Liberty Express and have also used the pick up option for my shipments. However, when I asked about a driver coming to my home Katherine told me there was no pick up option available for me. I was only able to bring 1 box to the Jackson Heights location by cab instead of having several picked up so that is a loss for me as well as Liberty. Then Katherine wanted to charge me extra for a box of the same size and weight going to the same address that had consistently cost less before.

I have proof from previous transactions and at no point was I told of a price increase for a 70Lb box. This poor service will cost the company a regular customer because i will send care packages to my family wherever I can get the best attention.
