This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Carriers beware!! We delivered a load for them. Our factoring company won't touch it!! We have reached out to them several times for payment. We've been given the run around. They won't communicate or commit to a payment date!! Priya Gaharwar is the person in charge of payments and won't communicate with us!! This is a horrible way to do business!! NEVER AGAIN!! STOP PLAYING GAMES AND PAY US!!

Worldwide has been integral to the success of our supply chain. We can rely on them to navigate and manage the high seas of global shipping, with the confidence that they will get things done. I also am a small business Carrier, I was told when I booked the load I would have 1 day pay option by Luke, I did my part and have not been paid going on 8 days WWL may be good for some but not all.

Booked a load with them, made on time pick up and delivery, waited 10 hours at delivery, sent in and out times on the BOL, called them after 2 hours to provide detention, at the end nothing was compensated and there was approved detention after 3 hours at delivery on the rate con. PLEASE AVOID THIS BROKER

Who knew dealing with freight forwarders could be so easy! Andrew has been our point of contact from day 1. He is extremely knowledgable and provides multiple options to move our freight from asia to usa and domestically in the states. I can honestly say he goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and even gave us chocolates for christmas 🙂 All of our products always arrive as expected and we have never had any problems at all with their service.
