Worst company ever! First they never picked up my product so I had to pay a courier to take it to them, then they delivered my product to the wrong address in Australia (I'm in Los Angeles), and last but I'm sure nt least they will not return any phone calls or emails. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have emails and text to prove my story!

Response to reply: None of these things you mention explain why the items were never picked up at my location even though I paid you for "door to door" service, and why I never got a return call or email? Oh and now for some reason I'm paying custom fees for a value your company put on my product and not the actual value so I have to pay extra taxes. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Enjoy the money you got as it will be the last penny you ever get from me. To date it's taken exactly a month to air ship two small boxes to Australia.

Never seen a company like this bad structured with rude people. Do not deal with these people because they will just waste your time. Responding to their emails in 5 minutes just to get a quick response for my quote but they send 1 email per day and THERE IS NO ONE ELSE to contact. STAY AWAY!!!
