I have been waiting over a month for my cargo. No one answers the phone, or then when they answer no one speaks English. They have all over their website English contacts. They just hang up as they did just now, I have received no information from The LA office or the Miami office. They requested they needed payment from my freight forwarder to release but my question is WHY DIDNT YOU ASK ME FOR THAT AGES AGO SO I COULD HAVE HAD THE SHIPMENT RELEASED! Maybe if you would answer the phone!!!!

Very bad service, people who work there have no manners, they are holding merchandise of a friend of mine and don't want to send it out, and they don't even bother answering the phone call, BEWARE of this company ser cargo are professional THIEFS!!!!!

Very bad service, awful people, they are still holding my merchandise and claim that I owe them money when a former employee of theirs has already charged me, and when confronted they don't even bother to pick up the phone, these people are LADRONES
