Great team of employees and managers. The owner, Peter, as well as, Richard, Alberto and Anthony have been assisting me with my shipping needs for over 10 years. Doesn't matter if you're shipping a massive crate out of the country or a tiny box across the street, these guys are as solid as it gets. Great people, super helpful, and they'll hit you with a bottle of water on a cold day to send you on your way.

I’m so happy that I found City Business. I’ve been using them for about two years now to crate and ship artwork and these guys are incredible. Crating artwork can get very very expensive, but City Business is very reasonable. Richard is so quick and friendly via email and the rest of the team at City Business are super helpful. They are always on time with the pickups and very thorough until my work is delivered. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Richard and City Business Shipping to arrange for pickup of some auction items and packing/shipping from LA to NYC. Communication was timely and professional - and the package arrived in perfect condition with no issues whatsoever - whoever packed my items should offer a master class!
