If you were as shocked as I was by the cost to move even just a few things across the country-you’re gonna want to check out U Pack. After visiting their website-I spoke with a representative who estimated how much space my things would take up on the truck. That becomes your estimated moving cost. But get this-you only pay for what you use! My move was almost half the cost of renting a truck and driving it yourself. You pack it-they drive it. Genius! It may take a bit longer ( my things were delayed In Albuquerque due to driver shortage-but that’s not just a UPack phenomenon.) Anyway-I highly recommend you give their website a look and give them a call. I’m happy I found them!

Great value and great customer service! Made my move a lot less complex. Everyone was so nice. I wish the ramp was a little easier to setup/tear down like a uhaul, but it wasn’t terribly difficult.

We moved from PA to AL. The UPack was a great option for us. They dropped the trailer, we loaded and let them know when to pick up. We even had to call to push back an extra day and there was no problem. We did do the loading ourselves, so some items didn’t make it, but that’s no fault of the company or drivers. The drivers I talked to were very friendly and helpful. It took us extra time to find movers to unload the heavy stuff, and we spent the first few days unloading the lighter stuff. UPack did not give us a deadline to be finished, and when I called, they said just to let them know when it was ready for pickup. The trailer made it to us in 5 business days, and we had it parked for a total of 7 days. There were no hidden fees and everything went as planned. Next time I will hire professional movers to help us load.

My pod arrived 17 days later than the day they told me it would. They also didn't call, text, or email to let me know it was going to be so late. Other than that its a good option for moving. Forklift drivers were extremely professional.

I have zero complaints about our experience with UPACK. They were GREAT! everyone I talked to was so beyond helpful and nice whether it was about scheduling, tracking, or answering my basic questions. All customer service reps were knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I mainly talked to the Stockton CA office and Decatur AL office and I had great help from them both. UPACK made our across the country move stress free, got our stuff there early, and we were able to track the truck the whole time. THANK YOU!! I already am scheduling my parent's move with you for them because I am confident in your services.

U-pack offered the BEST price for moving out of state compared to other companies. The moving cube was delivered, picked up, and dropped off on time, my items delivered safely! The customer service reps were also very friendly and helpful. However, the information given from each person was inconsistent... The first person I spoke with said that there would be a deposit. After the cube was picked up, I asked when the deposit would be charged and they said that there was no deposit, that my card would be charged during transit. My card wasn't charged during transit, so I called again, and they finally sent a link for me to pay. I actually found it comical that I had to call them to pay instead of them calling me to get my money LOL. Despite the miscommunication, I would definitely use this service again and will recommend them.

There is not enough words to describe the excellent service from U-Pack. From A to Z, they were able to accommodate my moving really fast. Every question that I had there was always and answer. I give 4 stars because my trailer unfortunately had a little leaking and a few things got wet but the claim was taken appropriately.

Amazingly great moving experience. Pickup and drop off were on time and easy. Drivers were courteous and helpful. Upack dispatch staff were also very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend upack and will use them again.
