If I could give Sergio and his team 10 stars I would. I was in a situation where another customs broker dropped the ball on 2 of my containers from overseas. They couldn't get the containers to clear customs for 3 weeks with no solution in sights and blamed me for everything with no urgency to help my business. I was being charged thousands of dollars in demurrage fees and began to panic. I made a hail mary call and called Aequus at 9pm at night and Sergio picked up in 2 rings. He was sympathetic and appalled by how I was being treated by the previous customs broker and told me he would take my case personally. Within a few days both containers were cleared. Sergio answer every call and question I had. He made no hesitation to call CBP or the FDA to push things along. He truly made me feel like he worked for my business and took getting my container cleared personally. The pricing for his help was so reasonable. So glad I was able to find Aequus as I am positive my containers would have had to been returned overseas if I did not find them.
