I had a few packages sent there with no problems, but they lost my most valuable package, they just won’t acknowledge it nor reimburse me. They probably have thieves working in there who steal whatever they like. Their claims system is a scam. You open a ticket, they’ll just say it was never received and that’s it. Lost over $200. Stay away.

Bad experience. Pakete sollten zusammengefügt werden, was mehrere Tage in Anspruch nahm - um mir dann mitzuteilen, dass man einen anderen Versanddienst auswählen müsse und es deutlich teurer wurde.

Zu guter letzt sollte es dann endlich losgehen und das Paket dümpelte über 1 Woche im Lager rum, bevor es überhaupt los ging. Kontakt nur per Webmessage und stark verlangsamter Reaktion. Ich würde es nicht noch einmal mit shipito machen.
