Worse service. I called Samsung for my microwave and the send this company to do the repairs. It was to change one of the tags that hold the rack. They change it for a smaller one that is completely loose and the cracked the enamel around it. They did physical damage to my microwave and they do not want to take any responsibility whatsoever I called Samsung, and after talking to them for one hour and 20 minutes, they transfer me to the company to talk to this person that it was just a scheduler she took the information and then she says notes in the system says that it was fixed now there’s nothing we can do . What kind of company have one of the employees change a piece for a smaller one but clearly you know that that is not the one for the microwave and cracked the enamel around it do physical damage when you microwave and take no responsibility whatsoever. I’m still waiting for supervisor to give me a call back to see what is that they’re going to do because by the scheduler they said nothing.

Truck drivers have to park out front and wait till someone comes out to your truck. They have a list they go by. Your appointment doesn't matter. Not a lot of room in the back to move around.
