Deceitful, they keep your packages for 3 weeks then notify you that the package has been waiting for pickup and additional fees will be added.
Where was the same text when the packages just arrived. Won't be using again. Bunch of choppers.

There was NO notification sent two week prior. So don't bother with the stories. I got the same exact text from the Santa Cruz store and the Christiana store, that's how I know it's a pattern to get extra money from people.

Courier Jamaica is one of the best freight forwarding companies available. Packages are on time unless there are logistics issues beyond their control. Pricing is reasonable. Service is friendly. Never had issues outside of deliver speed due to uncontrollable issues.

The company typically advises clients to ocean ship when items exceed 15lbs.

Items acknowledged as damaged (check when picked up) will usually be replaced.

Delays at customs can't be helped. The company does it's best to reduce this as much as possible, but audits due to edited invoices for example may cause an entire shipment delay.

Overall the company does good work. Keep it up!

Had a great experience with this company! They came and picked up some items for me while I was in Florida and I was able to pick up in short time when I returned to Jamaica. Spoke with staff there and they were very helpful and ready to assist. Will definitely be using this service again.

I reached out to courier Jamaica inc less than 2 weeks ago after consulting with 3 other shipping companies (that I could not get a straight answer from about anything) and the response was nothing short of amazing. In less than a day I was able to get pricing, pick up and delivery time for exactly what was needed. The customer service was top notch and was very clear on exactly what was asked. I decided to work with them and I must say that was the best decision I could have made. ( the pricing was also the best in comparison to other 3 companies I consulted with).The owner is super polite and is on top of everything from pick up to delivery at my moms front door. They have definitely earned a customer for life and I will definitely be referring all my family and friends!!! Keep up the amazing work.

Just got a brand new chef bag off Amazon for all my chef knives! Needed it asap for a function I was hosting! really gotta commend the staff at Courier Jamaica for helping me out with this. They really went the extra mile to keep me updated bout my order and the smiles walking into that office is always so pleasant!!! If Courier Jamaica ain’t shipping it, I don’t want it!

Courier Jamaica has the most disrespectful staff ever. They not true to their words. They simply cannot be trust. Even a phone that was delivered to them on the 13th of September They are still giving runaround. They be forced out of business. They also have an office on Hagley Park road is pretending that it doesn't exist in order to charge exorbitant fees to get your stuff to Kingston. I gave them 1 star I'm not allowed to give 0. PLEASE NOTE MY ISSUES WITH COURIER JAMAICA RELATED TO THE SANTA CRUZ BRANCH.

I spent 97.06 to buy baby food and other food items per the shipping company it came out to 35lbs , i spoke with rep here in their miramar office who did not tell me that is it ship by sea or air what would be cheaper i was only told what would be faster any way mu items got to the company in Jamaica they are letting me know that its going to cost me 18000jmd to clear my package which is straight rip off when ive sent a create with this company before and paid little under 22000 to clear in Motegobay . please note if you are shipping with this company make sure you let know you want what cheaper to ship your package and what makes more sense .
