I have been using this company for a couple years now and have never had a bad experience. I work at a law firm in downtown fort lauderdale and they are known to pick up professionally, timely and drop off on time to many different locations. I have had them deliver several boxes or even just envelopes in a rush. I see a few bad reviews that date a little back but I think they must of made improvements over time. Their prices are also way better than some and they even helped us during bad weather. I would recommend this company.

They never delivered my order!!!! I paid overnight shipping and I’ve been waiting all day and it was never delivered! I spoke to someone in the office who said it was supposed to be delivered pass the delivery time, I waited and it was still never delivered. The office is now closed. This was flower arrangement for my daughter’s birthday which she couldn’t even receive on her birthday because they failed to do their job!!! WORST SHIPPING COMPANY!

I just got out of the Hospital from a Heart attack. My Insurance Company sent me a week's worth of Food 7 of each meal for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. It was to arrive on Friday the 22nd of July 2022. At 1pm it was not here. I called my Insurance Company who while I was on the phone holding called OTD. They said it was on the truck out for delivery. It never arrived. We called again on Saturday but OTD a delivery company was closed. Today on Monday we called again only to be told it was lost in transit. This is ridiculous being it was supposedly on a truck Friday for delivery. So one or the other is a lie. Also seeing I can not get out much I had not went to a store. Leaving me without food for the weekend. To me this is an incompetent Company that outright lied to it's customer and made a heart patient go without eating for 3 days. I'd never recommend them for anything ever. My Insurance Company is sending another package of meals and I requested even at my own cost to use someone else. I'd suggest they find another line of work because they are incompetent as a delivery service.

You will not be disappointed and your packages with be delivered on time with no issues. I used them several times and will continue to utilize OTD for my future deliveries.

July 1, 2019 - Jeffrey at OTD went way above and beyond to help me and my company with a very important delivery. The package needed to be deliver at a very specific time on a Sunday! He himself insisted on delivering the package. Not only was he exactly on time, he also called me with the results immediately after he delivered the package. He was so easy to work with, very communicative with details, very thorough and excellent follow through. I highly recommend OTD and Jeffrey!
