You know that Taco Bell down the road from you that you wonder how it stays in business because they are so bad? Well, TForce is the Taco Bell of Delivery services. As a business owner, I take pride in making sure I do everything possible to insure my customers are happy. If something goes wrong, I will do what I need to in order to make it right. TForce, where is your owner? Why does he not care that he owns an inept operation run by people that don't care? We all know why... because companies like Walmart, Staples, and UPS contract out to the lowest bidder. Its not about service its about money. My customer had to send her own driver in to pick up an item, when he got there, you know what they told him? Go find it. Now they have some guy wandering the warehouse looking for something he has never seen before. I read all these reviews on how peoples items go missing, well there you have it. TForce can go suck an egg. Nobody needs these headaches in their lives.

Kudos to The UPS Store who has responded to the situation perfectly. Hopefully more UPS Stores across the country follow suit and the owner of TForce is forced to go work the Taco Bell Drive thru in order to pay his rent.

TForce is horrible. Their automated and tracking on their website stated delivery today. Called customer service and shipment still sitting at their yard. Since delivery was confirmed by them. I schedule services I would need to handle this very heavy load for delivery. This company TForce just cost me money for the last time.

wish I could leave no star, get a shipment in and the box is tapped up, looking like it's been flipped. when I ask the driver note that on the BOL they act like nothing is wrong. I'm tried of the drivers not wanting to do what they have to do (call it in and get an exception #) so when the shop test it if something is wrong we can file a claim.

TForce Orlando is used by one of our vendors to ship merch to us. I have always had great service from them and wanted to highlight Elaine who is always so lovely when she calls to schedule our delivery, and Will who has a smile on his face when he delivers to us and is patient with me while I scramble to unlock our warehouse door. You both are a pleasure and we really appreciate you!

We used T-Force for a convention in Jacksonville, and it's been a month since, and there have been no deliveries from the show. It's a nightmare to talk to anyone. All they do is transfer and hang up. I've asked for an invoice 27X in four weeks. Only A. Tayor helped for a week, and then she went silent, too. We think they lost our booth and products. I would NEVER recommend them if you are counting on delivery. - see if we ever get a resolution.

UPDATED - Today, we hit 48 days without a solution. It is pulling teeth to get help.

I was originally given a quote number by an employee for shipping a bumper from their warehouse to a residential site. When it was time to ship the bumper, I gave TForce my Quote # and they gave me my total cost which I immediately paid. They then gave me my confirmation number and told me I was paid in Full. I wrote down the Confirmation Number and gave it to their Warehouse Employee. Once he verified that it was paid in Full, he said I could bring in the Bumper and drop it off. So I left. Everything was said and done until over 2 weeks later, I get an email saying I owe them another $850 something bucks even though the original charge of the shipping was only $380. The transaction was completely done. I paid for the shipping and they shipped it to the buyer. I was told that the original quote # they gave me had expired and therefore rendered that quote Null and void. However, when I called their employee on the line and gave her my quote #, she just gave me a total. She never said the quote had expired and was glad to take my money. Had she stopped me there and said, the quote has expired, I’ll have to get you a new total, I would’ve understood. But she didn’t. She gladly took my $380 and told me I was paid in full. You can’t go after a customer who has already paid their bill in full and then expect them to pay more because of a mistake the seller made. I’ve called and spoke to several different people there. I’ve also filed a formal complaint and nothing has changed. They’re still harassing me for $850 when my original bill was only $380. I’m in the process of contacting someone higher in Corporate as well. I’m hoping this complaint will help others make a smart decision to not use them for their shipping needs.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this shipping company. I bought a bathtub surround from a different store, and when it didn't work, we HAD to ship it back with freight. I went through UPS who sent me through this company. Let me tell you, this company is a complete letdown. Not only did they fail to follow through on their promises, but they also billed me an unexpected amount and not even CLOSE to what they had told me when I made the pickup request. They said they would call me when they were 30 minutes away so that I could meet them and sign for the package shipment and write the check for the delivery. I got NO call and NO confirmation that somebody even picked up until I arrived home, and the package was GONE. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their commitments was highly frustrating and caused significant inconvenience and delays on my end.
Moreover, the WORST part was the unexpected bill they imposed on me! During the initial and secondary phone calls, we agreed on a set price of $230.01, which I was fully prepared to pay. However, when I received the invoice, I was billed OVER $1,000! I reached out to their customer service, expecting a prompt resolution, but was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. This blatant disregard for their own agreement left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. In all, this whole situation is horrible, and this is a complete rip-off! I will not be paying over $1,000 for something they said would be $230!! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT to use this company as they are a complete rip-off and lack any sort of honesty. And their customer service is HORRIBLE and will do NOTHING to rectify THEIR OWN MISTAKE!!!

Their incompetence cost me money and I will never use this mediocre freight carrier ever again. All around pathetic experience. They don’t have a clue what they are doing and will lose your shipment. Save your money and use a reputable carrier. These amateurs have no answer as to where my package is and we are now 1 week past the scheduled delivery. Costing me money every day now. I’m at a loss for words. They used to be great but wow has service gone downhill. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
