THEY WERE LATE!! M&M Logistics work orders a secondary company. I gave them 3 weeks advanced and even called 1 week before the pick up date to make sure it wasn't late.

I padded 3 days grace period before my flight and they hired someone's who truck broke down in California. I'm delivering from Arizona to NYC which I paid over 1000$.

They WONT dispatched another truck because the contract was taken by 1 person whose truck broke down.

I will be flying without me physically being there dropping my car. 1 star for not being on time despite multiple heads up + picking an unreliable truck driver.

Fast response time and faster delivery. I called M & M Freight to pick up a vehicle for transport. They were responsive to my [short-notice] request and dispatched a driver within hours. Worked with John after a recommendation from a family member who had transported with him previously. John was very prompt with providing the quote and finding a trucking company for my delivery from FL to TX. While the trucking company was a day late collecting my vehicle (due to circumstances out of their control), it was delivered to me on schedule (actually earlier than estimated). The price was reasonable and what I expected for the journey and payment was simple and easy to process.

I had my CR-V shipped from MN to Florida. I was very nervous about picking the right broker and didn't know if I was making the right decision to ship my vehicle. After extended research, I chose M&M Freight and Logistics L.L.C. I understood that the price might be a bit different than the quote depending on the carrier. They gave me a good quote and I felt they would get the job done. I had a window of 3 days to get my car picked up. I was contacted ahead that my car had a carrier that would get my vehicle the day I wanted. It would be $50 more and I was fine with that because it was still within the amount others had quoted or much less. The carrier was great. He came to my house and got my car. He called two hours before my SUV would arrive in Florida. The vehicle was in perfect condition. The driver brought the vehicle to me and was super nice. I kept in contact with M & M and they checked on every step of the transport. I highly recommend them.

Car was delivered on time. However when the driver delivered the vehicle he parked it in front of bushes with the front bumpe hidden. Had me sign off on the delivery. After he left I moved the vehicle to it's designated spot in the same parking lot, and noticed the front bumper had been damaged and very poorly touched up with touch up paint. Called the driver and he adamantly denied damaging it. My attorney has been contacted should they not fix it. However, hopefully they are a reputable company and will fix it as they should. Rating will change if they fix it, as of now, 1 star it is.

Edit: they never fixed it or claimed responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I used M & M to ship my car from WA state to NJ! I worked with Carl to setup my shipment, and he was super helpful and answered all my questions. My car arrived sooner than expected and without any damage or issues. The drivers communicated with me prior to pickup and drop off and everything went seamlessly. Their rate was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company!
