This company has no business being in the Freight / Logistics, Industry.
They are leaches that do the least amount possible & piggyback on carriers.
They have 14 different employees calling on the status of 1 load & none of them know how the business even works.
Sad that these people think that they can make a phone call to make 20% & then move to their next victim.
Brokers in the freight industry want to have a piece of the pie without doing any type of work.
Weed them out, 1 by 1.
Never use this company, they have no idea what they're doing & should be ashamed of even trying to be a broker / 3PL.
"Hands in the cookie jar" mentality just to make a buck.

When I first started the process to get my own authority, I, like every other new authority anticipated going from load board to load board, finding loads from whomever gives the best rates and the easiest to deal with. And I did just that, hop from load board to load board for a while. But a chance meeting with Jared Murillo at Interstate Logistics would eventually change everything for me personally and professionally. I met Jared while being leased on with another carrier and being dispatched on an Interstate load. His style of "getting to know who he was working with" impressed me and I wanted to stay in contact with him as I was in the process of finishing up my own authority. After my authority was established, I ran for a while with numerous brokers, sprinkling in an Interstate load here and there where it was then that I also met Heidi Gregory, a very knowledgeable, go getter, no nonsense professional at Interstate. I noticed that not only were they the friendliest brokers I had worked with, but the most professional with top notch rates and produced results. So I made the decision to see if I could run with Interstate Logistics solely and go all in with them. Saying this was the best decision I've made since establishing my authority really does not do it justice. I have grown to know and trust the Ops team, Salesmen, and Execs at the Tennessee location. From Jason to Carlos to Patrick. Mad Dog, Veda, Sarah, Chris, Jordan, Brett.. wow.. too many to name but just know even though you don't see your name, we're all tight like family. And the absolute icing on the cake is the man who sets them up so we can knock them down, Jared Murillo, and the lady without whom I don't think I can go a day without talking to and planning with; one of the greatest spirits that I have ever known, Heidi Gregory. Thank you so much for helping me go from 3 trucks to now 5. I refer you to everyone who is worthy of your greatness..
