Lori was so sweet to me! She made sure to double tape all my packages, and make sure I wasn't wasting any money with sending items in too large of boxes. She was so down to earth and helpful. Something I did not receive at Ups and I will forever be going here to ship all my packages. Thanks for Making my experience great and I will be back! 10/10 recommend.

I was shipping some work equipment back and it had to be done via FedEx. I printed out the shipping labels and boxed up everything. Since it was computer and monitors, I did not want to risk leaving them in Walgreens and there is no other safe drop off locations, but the shipping store has FedEx pickup there every time I was ever near there. So, I thought great place to drop them off. Guess what? I was charged $3.00 per box for them to take and hold for FedEx to pick up. WHAT?! So, apparently you cannot just drop off packages that are ready to go, you still have to pay for the "convenience" I guess (if you call it that). Been cheaper if I just drove out to the cross-roads FedEx office location and drop it off there. In my opinion, those fees are something they should have listed on their website so when people look them up we know what we can expect. I have never been charged for dropping off packages anywhere else.

From small jobs to complex jobs, they always get it right. I just handed over 100 coffee mugs for Christmas gifts to send out to clients, along with the mailing list and Laurie took care of the rest. Outstanding!

I’m not sure what was up, but I tried to ship a package USPS that I also needed to include return postage for. It was a very confusing interaction and I ended up so uncomfortable that I paid for the label and box she’d already printed/used and left to go to the post office the next day. Turns out I didn’t need the box she insisted I needed, and they can’t actually provide a return label she was also going to sell me. Since USPS can’t give me a return label (I’d need to send stamps) I doubt the label she was going to print/charge me for would work and I wouldn’t get my package back. She also printed up the initial label in an order different than what I requested and insisted it couldn’t be changed (maybe it couldn’t at that point, but I wish she’d checked with me before I was on the hook for paying for a label I’m not going to use). The whole thing felt very pushy and set up like a ride I couldn’t get off of, but I’m glad I did get off before I left my package to be shipped.

The best place in town for your shipping needs. Small and large packages shipped anywhere. They also sell stamps so I can avoid parking downtown just to buy stamps from the post office.
