I’m in town on business and had my luggage misplaced by the airline. I sat around for 3 hours waiting and gave up. The airline gave me the number to supposedly their lost luggage department, of course it wasn’t it was Reliable Couriers, and even without agreeing to any services with them, they explained to me the process over the phone and how they could help. I called the actual airport then to find out If my bag had in fact arrived. It finally did and they had it and lost luggage so because the people of reliable couriers were so courteous to me and helping me out with what to do, I gave them a call back and utilize their services. I just had to give them my ID and luggage tag number and they picked up my bag within an hour and delivered it right to my hotel. Could not be happier with the service will definitely use them the next time I know, my luggage is going to take three hours to be located and save myself some time!

I called today with very short notice to get a medical product picked up in Waco and delivered to Round Rock, TX. Luke was very helpful in setting up a very quick pickup under 2 hours with a delivery early afternoon. The whole process from the time I called to the time the product was delivered to a location approximately 1.5 hours away was less than three hours. I will plan on using Reliable again in the near future for critical courier needs.

We were in trouble with a shipment that got stuck at a big name location. When I called and spoke with Alex he was super helpful and was able to accommodate me and get my shipment to were it needed to be in a more than timely fashion. I highly recommend using these guys if you are in a pinch.
