Damn near actual thieves. Rescheduled my delivery for three days later over phone. Checked later online and it says two days. A day later I get a call while I’m at work, “hey I’m almost at your house.” And after scrambling to get home turns out over half my order is missing anyways. Told it’s gonna be deliverered and the website immediately says nope we gave you all of it. Thank you ikea for refunding the missing part, something tells me they’re used to settling this scam. At least part came in I guess.

They have rescheduled my delivery without my consent three times now. I ordered some furniture from IKEA and it is becoming impossible to receive it. The shipper customer service is very rude and does not provide any helpful information. He keeps insisting that the shipment will arrive and then it doesn’t show up. I call again, they say it’s coming then nothing shows up. I don’t have all day to sit and wait for delivery.IKEA should stop working with these people.

I paid $50 to have furniture shipped from Ikea through NAL. First, they attempted the delivery on the wrong day. The second attempted delivery day, NAL said they’d deliver my items between 4-8pm. I sat in my empty apartment waiting for them. At 8pm I called, and they said the driver was 45 minutes away and would call when he arrived. The driver never dropped off my items despite repeated updates that he would from NAL customer support. When I called ikea the next day, they had a record from NAL that the “delivery had failed” because I said that I wasn’t available until morning, even though I had called NAL at least 3 times the day before to tell them I was actively waiting for that delivery. I would seriously avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a counter from Ikea and never received it. First the delivery was 4 hours late and later on I revived a text saying it was signed by my name and left at my doorstep. I spent over $300.. I wish I read the reviews before buying online from ikea

Worst time expectancy even though I received a text from the driver saying he’s 15 minutes away. Turns out he was way past the delivery time. He called me from his cell number and when I asked him why he was so late after spending hours waiting for him, he was laughing while apologizing at the same time. I asked him to go drop it at the front desk because I wasn’t at home but he didn’t even bother going to the front desk. I called his phone again and he blocked my number… They hire uneducated and rude people in this company with 0 efforts to try and do their job. This is the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.

It's most likely a long running scam. That's the only conclusion I can come up with for a delivery service that doesn't actually deliver anything. If you look up the name, you're met with almost every mention being negative and the company not fulfilling service but still charging full price. They won't call, they won't show up, and you'll call them 10+ times to fix it as they will hang up on you / put you on hold to try to make you go away so you give up and let them keep your money. If you get caught in their scam, try to force them to refund it (after they inevitably fail to deliver the product), or take it Better Business Bureau and dispute the claim with your bank.

I can never get a hold on customer service about my shipment. Been calling few times and waiting on the line for at least 30 mins each time. I tried to leave a message and it didn’t work either.
