Broker does not pay in the contracted terms. load was moved in December we are now 3/21/23 load still not paid waiting for response form Mathew for 4 months!!!! ridiculous way of conducting business!!! UNPROFFESSTIONAL BE AWARE!!!

Dealt with Ken Balch trying to book a load. Nobody here responds to emails or direct extensions. Took me 25 minutes to talk to a human. Ridiculous
