Tyler was awesome to work with. He was extremely polite, understanding and very upfront and honest with what services could be provided. I was scammed by another company and he ensured to listen to my vent about the other company and tried to give me the best possible service! If I had more time to move (needed a quicker time frame, as I said I was scammed by another company), i absolutely would have gone with Tyler!

Due to my husband’s work we have moved thirteen times in the last twenty years and working with VIP Transport, Mayflower, in Las Vegas was definitely one of our best moving experiences.
We recently moved from our home in Las Vegas back to the east coast where we had our belongings put into storage while we look for a new home.
Well in advance of moving we contacted several moving companies for estimates. One company refused to give an accurate estimate and the quote they gave had a three thousand dollar spread! The second company didn’t even respond despite several requests to contact us. Mayflower was the third company.
Tyler responded within the hour and set up an appointment to be at our home the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and quoted a price that we felt was fair. Having dealt with multiple moving companies over the years it almost felt too good to be true. We called him later that evening with additional questions and he was able to address our concerns.
Jennifer Sobek, our moving coordinator at Mayflower called us promptly and completed the details of the move. We were closing on our house the same day as the move and it was imperative that we were able to complete the move as early in the day as possible. Jennifer promised that we would be the first move of the day and she delivered. Jennifer was thorough and a pleasure to work with. She was calm and competent.
On the day of our move the moving team showed up early, before seven, and completed the packing and loading by early afternoon. They too were courteous and efficient.
Finally, our driver Jason was the best. Professional, friendly and a really nice guy. He even helped us plan our cross country route. We called him on our drive across country to coordinate delivery time and he showed up on time at the storage facility with another moving team who were equally as professional as the team in Vegas. The team informed us that Jason has the reputation for being the best in the business and they didn’t exaggerate, a great guy!
We purchased insurance and understand that our belongings our covered up to a certain time, helpful especially as our belongings are in storage and it may be several months this before we can check everything.
Overall we were very happy with Mayflower and the services they provided. Timely, knowledgeable and no hidden costs. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend them without a doubt. Will actually use them again when we find our new home and move our belongings from storage.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the start! We had heard horror stories of moving; however, our experience was awesome! Wonderful estimate from Tyler, fantastic coordination by Jennifer, exceptional packing team and Sonny, the driver, was superb! Our truck arrived in mere days. I had called a few moving companies to get quotes, to move from Las Vegas to Texas and United/Mayflower had the best quote as well as staff. Justin who came and did the walk thru was knowledgeable about the cost and what to pack and wrap, he let us know what the movers would do as well. The day of the move Albert was our driver, he was great. He got there right at 8am and his movers just went straight to work. they all had great attitudes and worked very hard. Jennifer who was our moving coordinator was always in touch with us throughout the move process, she always responded to my emails or phone calls when I had any questions. The day our stuff came the offload of it went super fast, they put everything back together that they disassembled in Vegas. If I ever have to move again I will definitely be calling them.

I used a moving company for the first time in my life to move from Las Vegas to Tucson. I worked with Tyler and Annette. Both were extremely personable and attentive despite my apprehensions and nervousness of leaving my treasured positions in their care. Being retired and a widow, I had a limited window to move in order to get help from my children. They accommodated me and made sure everything went as planned. Ken the driver picked up my stuff in Vegas and delivered it in Tucson. He gave me his cell number and told me to call if I wanted or needed to know where he was.

Moving out of Vegas and into my home in Tucson was extremely efficient, detailed, professional, and every single mover was friendly and kind. In Tucson, my stuff was placed where I wanted and things that needed assembly was all taken care of.

I will say that up front the individual who came out and surveyed our home to determine the cost was outstanding! The team at the office was also very good. They were very supportive in providing boxes at no charge for us to pack our own items in. The team that showed up at our home in Las Vegas was equally awesome. The issue that tore this down to a miserable experience was once the truck left our house in Las Vegas. We had orchestrated three house closings and even paid extra so that we would be able to avoid any transfer of our packed items from one truck to another or into even short term storage. We coordinated with the team in in Las Vegas and were reassured repeatedly, that if we were able to complete packing by Friday and be ready to receive items in Colorado the following week, that there would be no off-loading of any sort of our items until they arrived in Colorado. Well, much to our surprise, when a truck showed up in Colorado 6 days later, it was a different smaller truck. Two of our mattresses were now strapped to the back of the cab of the truck and had been badly water damaged when the truck went through a rain storm. Many of the boxes and crates had been damaged and had footprints all over them. Our Baby Grand Piano had significant damage that was not there before (For which we are still fighting for compensation) and to top it off, a brand new commercial treadmill that was still in the crate when packed in Las Vegas was not on the truck. After numerous calls, the treadmill was located in the warehouse and was shipped to us several weeks later. When it arrived, it was uncrated and the iFit card with the activation codes was missing. While the company was very good about quickly replacing the two mattresses that had been damaged, it has been a process getting everything else paid for. As I said, we are still fighting (Arbitration) for the piano damage which consisted of literal gouges in the finish! Word to the wise, get a written guarantee that your items will not be placed in storage, or moved to another vehicle if that is a concern of yours and if you can coordinate the timing. Frankly I'm not sure I would trust the company since the issues occurred in Las Vegas with the unloading and reloading of items that didn't have to occur.
