We haven’t used a moving service in quite a while. We were very concerned about the level of service we would receive given all the negative reviews we read about on other moving companies.

The IMS Relocation crew arrived on time both for the pick up and later during the delivery.
KC and his team were very thorough and respectful of our possessions. They were courteous and professional. They protected our floors and furniture and were very careful throughout the moving process. They were pleasant throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using IMS Relocation for your moving service needs.

I.M.S Relocation exceeded our expectations. Our furniture, stored for over 10 years, was in pristine condition, as if it had been dropped off yesterday. The secure, temperature-controlled storage at this location was the best decision we had made.
Stephanie Miller was very professional and one of the most wonderful people we have ever worked with. She handled all paperwork efficiently, communicated effectively with us and with Valentine who handled our items at the warehouse, and treated us with the utmost care.
Valentine, was equally impressive. He meticulously opened the pallets, performed an inventory audit, and expertly directed our movers. His dedication ensured a smooth and organized process.

IMS did an exceptional job of both consulting with us on logistical issues and need for flexibility in planning. The system used for quotations was impressive which includes photographing and tagging each item. The technology for this helps cut down on mistakes and confusion. Brett was always responsive when we had questions or changes, and in making decisions about our situation. The move coordinator, Jessica, was efficient in getting logistical information to us in a timely manner and very responsive when we had a question. The crew was phenomenal. They worked as a well oiled team, quickly and expertly, especially when boxing some items. The lead mover made sure they knew what items needed to move last. We were very pleased with the process and the outcome. We highly recommend this organization.

I’ve used IMS for three separate moves and they’ve been fantastic every time! The packers are so organized and efficient and the movers are careful and work so hard. I’ll keep using IMS every time I move! Zoe, Warner, Lucy, and Verando packed us up this time and they were so kind, thoughtful, and careful with our things. We had things going to multiple locations and they made sure to label everything and double checked it was all correct. IMS has been so responsive, communicative, and courteous every time I’ve used them. Highly recommend!

Stephen came out to our current home and provided a professional estimate. Martha and Angeles packed all our stuff (lots of it) for two days, then Rafael and his moving crew loaded the truck in an organized and safe fashion. Upon arrival at our new home, the crew carefully prepared the house for the unloading process and placed everything in the correct room. Not a scratch anywhere in the house! They turned a difficult task into a positive experience. Kudos to IMS! I highly recommend their services.

We used IMS for our move from Dallas to Houston. We had them pack most of our apartment in Dallas, do the move to Houston and help with unpacking in our new location. Steven did our estimate and toured our original location and the pricing was much more reasonable than comparative bids. We found the team to be punctual each morning, considerate, careful, and quick! We’ve moved across state lines twice with other carriers and each time several items arrived broken or severely damaged. While this was a shorter distance, I think it’s a credit to IMS’s team that we had only a small number of minor damages that were not really a problem. They do great work and are a reliable option if you’re in the area!

A five star crew from start to finish. The crew arrived on time and promptly began packing up. Everything was ready by the end of the day for loading the shipping container the following day. It was a tight squeeze but their professional and expert packing and loading skills were superb! Highly recommended!
