All in all I am very satisfied with the movers. My only complaint was that I was reimbursed less than the value of a missing item, but my move coordinator pursued the issue and was able to get me the full reimbursement. She (Angie) is terrific.

Very pleasant workers! Kind, quiet and very tender with our family dog who was stressed by all that a large home move entails. The ladies did an exceptional job of packing our breakables, as well as any remaining items that we had not yet found time to pack. It was a very pleasing experience during a very stressful time. Thank you for your care and treatment of our belongings, and your kind consideration toward our family members who were on-site during the full day of packing.

We could not have been happier with the Johnson United crew that moved our belongings with care and efficiency into our new home in Colorado. Every member was polite, pleasant to work with and willing to please at every turn. They cared for our furniture and possessions as if they were their own. A long day made even longer because of a problem with the inventory numbers (a result of the NY crew) was dealt with without complaint. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Many positives; a few negatives..parts are not labeled, are not kept together..god only in knows! Some soiling..company quick to encourage me to file a claim…Overall I would be happy to recommend. Very pleased with the un loaders!
