If broker give you this address make sure he/she paying $3+ for load. They will take 6-10 hours to load you. All the positive reviews are paid for best believe it. My friend warn me about this place. 6-10 hours. Been at this door waiting for 2 pallets. Just 2 pallets after waiting 4 hours at a previous door for half a truck. Do not accept no load from here that’s under $3.

Great place to pick up a preloaded trailer and if it isn't ready they allow overnight parking. Be sure to fill reefer and get a washout before arrival. Friendly people guard and office personnel.

Go to the staging area and check in. They will give you instructions to proceed to Florida's own. You will go to the guard shack, and they will give u a map to get throughout the plant. Very helpful and friendly people. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience and very quick with loading

To pick up a load here, you have to drive all the way to the right of the plant and turn left at the intersection with the CITGO gas station. You will see a truck parking lot on the left. Park and go to the registration window to get a pager and instructions from the employee. The process takes a long time. I lost 4.5 hours.

We will make you late for your next appointment but don't you dare be late for your appointment here. Horrible place to load. They were loading people who had appointments 3 hours after mine and I'm still waiting.

Worst place for a pick up. Got to the dock went inside to the office only one lady in there she said she is new she don’t know what to do and others disappeared. Irresponsibly at its best

They're an OK customer they don't mind if you park there while waiting. They have a bathroom hidden in back of the office. Sometimes they have a long wait.
