Mar. 3rd. Simon was very thorough and did not give me a quote just to finish up and move on. He called one of his coworkers and they are coming back to do video and find where the problem is. He also recommended I have the city come out and check their side just in case it is something they need to address. I am so grateful for his knowledge and honesty!! Thank you Simon!!

Mar. 4th cont.... Evan an Josh came back today and did a great job explaining what the problem was and taking care of it. Kind and detailed. But... they didn't fill in the hole that was dug to do the job. Could someone come back and take care of that please? Thanks so much!

Evan and Jacob were great. Friendly and professional. They were able to diagnose a complicated issue in an hour that had stumped me and another plumber for a week. After Evan and Jacob did what they could with the issue, they had Enrique come out with a drain jet that was able to finally clear the line. Enrique and his team was also very polite and professional and were able to finally resolve the issue and took the time to walk through what they found after the job was completed. They have the tools and know-how to get the job done correctly and quickly. I’ll be sure to call them first next time.

Owen K came out to diagnose a serious issue with our heat pump in the middle of the freezing cold/winter storm earlier this month. The problem was complex and parts were needed (had to be ordered) to resolve the issue. He got us on the emergency heat setting and that helped us stay warm. We were able to keep our out of town travel plans and Owen was able to make the more permanent fix upon our return. Owen did a great job of explaining what he was doing and made recommendations for the future. A great experience all around!
