These guys suck their communication is terrible. They’re inability to do a competent job as far as knowing what paperwork is needed for pick up and delivery is terrible and they just don’t care about the driver or carrier. I’ll never do a load with them again. not to mention their lies. Oh, there’s a scale on site. Oh don’t worry. All we need is the In-N-Out tickets from the delivery all lies.

Beware if you like your invoices paid timely. They don't follow their Broker-Carrier Agreement of Net 30. We hauled a load that was due for payment on 10/26. They lied on an email and said the check run was 10/25. We finally received our check on 11/5 with a check date of 10/29.
One thing that was absolutely ridiculous is that within 90 minutes of delivering their load they were sending emails stating that we were late with submitting invoice and supporting documentation. I'm not sure what company has their drivers bill their loads, but it sure as hell isn't ours. Paperwork has to make it back to the office and be sent by the appropriate person. It makes me mad when brokers threaten rate deductions if their crazy requirements aren't followed, but carriers can't do the same to them when they don't follow their agreement. Another red flag we are starting to see is these "big brokers" that won't do ACH are notorious for not paying on time.
The only reason they get 2-stars is because their Accounting Department actually answers emails relatively quickly. And the broker, Adam Hendrix, we worked with was polite.
